Only one PAE appointment may be held at one time. If you wish to change your appointment date/ time or location you may book another appointment but need to immediately email email@example.com cancel one of the appointments. Alternatively, you can email a request to change your appointment, but the change will be subject to the availability of the appointment when Ability Works attempts the move. Any applicable cancellation fees would be applied according to the time-stamp of the received email receipt.
ALL APPOINTMENT COMMUNICATIONS (ie. cancellations and changes) MUST BE DONE BY EMAIL TO firstname.lastname@example.org SO THAT THERE IS A RECORD.
Appointments can be booked directly from this site by completing the online booking information and using PayPal.com as the payment option by credit card. To secure an evaluation time slot, your payment must be made in full using a PayPal account (eChecks are not an option). If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay directly using Visa/MasterCard/American Express through PayPal by setting up an account or having a friend or family member make the payment on your behalf. If someone else makes your PayPal payment…PLEASE include in the comments of the payment the person for whom the payment is being made.
Non-Internet payment options are sent directly to the Ability Works PO Box for future processing by our office. All certified payments (certified cheque, bank draft money order) need to be received with your completed referral form that include broad-based suggestions of date and location options.
